Los Angeles Lakers

After the Los Angeles Lakers began the 2012-13 NBA with a 1-4 record, one of their worst starts in nearly 30 years, panic began to set in. With the off-season additions of Point Guard Steve Nash and Center Dwight Howard, the team was built to win now. Starting the season so poorly was simply unacceptable.

With the Western Conference shaping up to be stronger than it has ever been, the Los Angeles Clippers are starting out to be one of the teams to beat out West.

Since the Los Angeles Metro Expo Line began service this past Spring, Angelinos and visitors can finally access Downtown Los Angeles from Culver City and all of the great restaurants and attractions in between. For the price of one of Metro’s TAP cards, the Expo Line provides access to many of the diverse neighborhoods and experiences Los Angeles has to offer. Plus, it’s a great way to avoid traffic en route to Lakers games and other Staples Center events.

The Los Angeles Clippers may not have the stellar track record that the Los Angeles Lakers have, but in recent years, the team’s owners have rebuilt the franchise to a point where it is competitive with some of the top teams in the NBA and a regular playoffs contender.
