Notices in Los Angeles
There are several types of notices made public in the city, including obituaries and notices of death and notices of default when real estate properties are repossessed by banks or go into preforeclosure on a property. When a property does go into foreclosure, the bank first issues a notice of preforeclosure, which lets the public know that the property will soon be on the market for those who are willing to participate in a sale or auction.
